With the online jump rope community becoming a real life in-person community where Covid allows, we thought we'd take a moment to share some important considerations for in-person meet-ups. Combining sport science knowledge with IJRU recommendations and many many many years of workshop experience, this resource can be used as a little decision-making tool or a bit of a checklist to ensure you've got everything set for the day!
